Breathwork
The breath is a gateway to aliveness and presence.
In this retreat, we open that gateway through various forms of breathwork.
Short meditative breathing practices and pranayama sequences accompany us, as well as two deep sessions based on the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS).

During a BBTRS session, we guide you through connected breathing, dynamic music, movement, and (self-)touch — inviting you into a profound connection with your body and emotions.
The intention is to support your body’s natural processes and to release mental, emotional, and physical blockages.
This opens pathways to vitality, self-love, and deep relaxation.

Throughout the session, we support you in staying present and connected to your felt experience.
Through this embodiment, emotional charge can soften and lose intensity, empowering you to consciously feel what is alive within you — with love and acceptance.
From here, you reconnect with your innate capacity for healing and transformation.

Kaula Tantra Yoga
Alongside breathwork, Kaula Tantra Yoga forms the second heart of this retreat.
This 2.5-hour sequence originates from an ancient tantric lineage (based on the teachings of Bhagavan Shanmuka Anantha Natha) and is practiced in a slow, flowing way — cultivating mindfulness, patience, and inner awareness.
Each asana is held gently for an extended time, inviting deep relaxation and the discovery of your own authentic expression — without pressure to be “perfect” or to compare yourself.

The practice creates space for acceptance, stillness, and loving connection with yourself.
And if the length of the sequence sounds intimidating — our yoga practice is open to everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility, or body type.
At the same time, it can open new dimensions even for experienced practitioners.

Complementary Practices
Meditation: We practice active meditations using movement, voice, and visualization to enter deep meditative states.
Nature Connection: Nature is our greatest teacher — always around us and within us. Through connecting with nature, we experience the magic of life in a direct and tangible way.
Forum & Talking Stick: We use these tools of conscious communication to support the group process. They offer a space to show yourself fully — with whatever is alive in the present moment.
Singing Circle: Through singing together, we connect with joy and celebrate life. We sing songs of power and mantras from different traditions.
Dance: Dance is one of the most beautiful ways to connect with our life energy — whether to warm up before yoga or to celebrate together.
Cacao Ceremony: In this ritual space, we connect with the medicine of raw cacao. Cacao carries a heart-opening quality that helps us deepen connection with ourselves and with the group. From this open space, when we move into dance, breathwork, or nature connection, we can experience the magic of the moment even more fully.

This price is all-inclusive, with around 6 to 9 hours of retreat program per day, lodging for four nights, two organic vegan meals per day and an all-day snack bar. Talk to us if this price keeps you from participating. We will find a way together.


Beschreibung der Unterkunft

This residential retreat experience takes place in a seminar center in Sornetan, in the Jura region of Switzerland. We will live together and share meals, creating a tribal, family spirit. Our group will be small, with a maximum of 16 participants. There is enough space for you to take a breath on your own in case you desire. There are double and single rooms available. All rooms are equipped with a sink, bathrooms are shared. Bedding and towels are included. For socializing or relaxing outside your room, there is a small lounge area at your disposal, as well as the dining hall. The overall standard of the retreat center is simple, personal, and comfortable.

The seminar center can be reached with public transport (bus stop: Sornetan). Parking spots are available for free. On weekends, there is no public transport; no worries, we will find a solution together for your return trip. Also, we will send the link to a table for rideshare coordination to all participants before the start of the retreat.
